Creating an Account

  1. On the #GoOpenUSVI home page, select Sign In/Register in the top right corner of the page.

  2. On the Create an account side of the screen, select Register. 

  3. Enter your vide.vi email address and your desired password. This does not need to be the same password as you use for your "government" account and you do not need to change it every 90 days like you change your password for your "government" account. The two accounts are completely separate.

  4. Look for the activation email from GoOpenUSVI in your vide.vi email account, and select the link in that email. Check your Spam or Junk folders for the activation email.

 

Logging into Your Account

  1. On the #GoOpenUSVI home page, select Sign In/Register in the top right corner of the page.

  2. On the left side of the page, enter your vide.vi email and password that you used to create your account.

  3. Select Sign In.

Forgot Your Password?

If you get login errors, you can use Forgot password to reset your password.
